At Paper House Print Shop, we want you to love your home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Package Your Prints

Carefully place your items back in their original protective tubes or flat-pack boxes to ensure they are not creased or damaged during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
